The Wild Alentejo project operates under principles of radical transparency, both in regenerative engineering and in the management of its users' data.
1. GDPR Framework
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that Wild Alentejo collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of its features. We do not practice the sale of metadata nor share information with third parties for advertising purposes.
2. Type of Data Collected
- Contact Forms: Name and E-mail, used exclusively for direct response to the user.
- Adoption Process: Identification data for the attribution of sponsorship certificates and status updates of the species.

The technical data presented on this site are results measured in situ in Mértola, Portugal. Wild Alentejo does not guarantee identical results in other geographical or geological contexts. The implementation of dry toilet systems and urine fertilisation described must follow local hygiene and safety standards.
4. Data Retention
Data relating to orders are kept for the legal period required by the Tax and Customs Authority. Contact data for support are deleted after 24 months of inactivity in communication.
5. Holder's Rights
The user has the right to:
- Request access, rectification or deletion of their personal data.
- Object to the processing of data for informational purposes.
- Request the portability of data provided during adoption processes.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This site uses essential technical cookies for the maintenance of the shopping session and anonymous traffic analysis. We do not use third-party behavioural tracking cookies (ads pixels).
7. Jurisdiction and Contact
